Phase 2 (early 2026) assesses the impact of post-quantum cryptography on XRPL's performance and storage, and launches validator-level testing with ML-DSA signatures and post-quantum custodial-wallet prototypes. Phase 3 (late 2026) implements Devnet mixed integration, enabling testing of post-quantum schemes alongside elliptic-curve signatures and investigates ZK primitives and homomorphic encryption for Confidential Transfers.
