GSR Invests $57 Million to Acquire Autonomous and Architech, Entering Crypto Full-Lifecycle Capital Markets

Cryptocurrency market maker GSR announced the acquisition of Autonomous and Architech for $57 million, establishing an integrated capital market and fund management platform covering the full lifecycle of projects from launch to expansion.

Following completion of the acquisition, Autonomous will continue to operate independently, providing launch and operational support for tokenized organizations; Architech will become a core component of GSR's digital asset advisory business. This acquisition marks GSR's further transformation toward becoming a "one-stop crypto capital market service provider," strengthening its positioning in institutional-grade infrastructure and full-cycle services.

The integration aims to address current fragmentation in the crypto industry regarding token issuance, governance design, liquidity, financing, and listing strategies, with inconsistent incentives across these segments. The unified architecture will provide coordinated support. Additionally, clients can access GSR's existing institutional trading, derivatives, and asset management capabilities. GSR stated that the platform will also focus on strengthening crypto project treasury management capabilities, including liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, risk management, and asset allocation strategies, driving crypto funds from passive holdings toward sustainable returns and diversified portfolio allocation.
