Node breached, mindset immediately reverses

The most taboo in trading is holding on stubbornly after a node breaks.
A node is your logical bottom line; if the bottom line breaks, the logic is invalid.

Before entering, set your defensive nodes:
Long positions, defend at the previous low;
Short positions, defend at the previous high.

Once the node is effectively breached:

• Do not add to your position

• Do not take chances

• Do not delay

With the node intact, the mindset remains; once the node breaks, the mindset is broken.
Decisive exit is the greatest protection for your principal.
