Opening a CrossEx Account
You can complete the opening of a CrossEx Account on the [Trade] - [CrossEx Trading] page in the top menu.
- When the platform's remaining account capacity is sufficient or tight, clicking the [Apply] button and successfully submitting will complete the opening of the CrossEx Account.
- When the platform's remaining account capacity is being rolled out, clicking the [Request Access] button and successfully submitting will require waiting for the platform to release account quotas daily or at irregular intervals, and process reservation applications in order. You will receive an email notification upon successful opening.
Transferring Funds to CrossEx Account
1.When transferring funds to a CrossEx Account, you are subject to account limits and the platform's remaining deposit capacity. The rules are as follows:
Account Limit: Once the assets in the CrossEx Account reach this limit, no further deposits can be made. Transfers are only allowed when the assets are below the limit, and the total assets after the transfer cannot exceed this limit.
Platform Remaining Deposit Capacity: The remaining deposit capacity acceptable by the platform. When the capacity is insufficient, deposits may be restricted.
2.There are two ways to transfer funds to a CrossEx account:
- Transfer via the CrossEx Trading Page: After successfully opening the CrossEx Account, click [Transfer], select the currency and enter the amount in the fund transfer window, then confirm. Only USDT transfers between the Unified Account and the CrossEx Account are supported.
- Transfer via API: Use the CrossEx transfer endpoint /api/v4/crossex/transfers to transfer funds. Supports transfers within the CrossEx Account or between the Unified Account and CrossEx Account. Transferable currencies include: USDT, BTC, ETH, XRP, BNB, SOL, TRX, DOGE, ADA, SUI, AVAX, LTC, DOT. For specific details, refer to the /api/v4/crossex/transfers/coin latest API documentation for the most current information.
CrossEx Account Assets Inquiry
1.Query via the /api/v4/crossex/accounts endpoint.
2.On the Funds Overview page, you can query the assets of each coin in the CrossEx Account in the coin column, or query the total assets of the CrossEx Account in the account column.
Trading with CrossEx Account
Currently, CrossEx Account only supports API trading. The specific steps are as follows:
Step 1: Select [API Key Management] under the top menu [Profile].
Step 2: Create an API Key on the [API Key Management] page.
Step 3: Fill in the relevant information on the [Create API Key] page and ensure the CrossEx permission is checked.
Step 4: Conduct CrossEx trading via API. For details, please refer to the CrossEx section of the API documentation.
Increase Account Limit
To reasonably allocate the platform's deposit capacity, CrossEx Account uses default account limits. After your strategy is proven successful, you can contact customer service to apply for an increase in the account limit.
