GateNews

Gate News message, April 20 — Votech Semiconductor issued a clarification announcement on April 20 regarding unusual stock price movements over two consecutive trading days. After self-inspection and written inquiry of controlling shareholders and actual controllers, no undisclosed material events affecting stock price volatility were identified.

The company acknowledged recent market interest in glass-based materials for semiconductor advanced packaging applications. However, Votech’s glass-based semiconductor advanced packaging business remains in the sampling and verification stage, contributing negligibly to total revenue and currently operating at a loss. The company noted significant uncertainty regarding industrialization progress and future order volumes for this emerging business.
