The registered address is Room 1117, Building D, Greenland Yinghai International Tower, No. 660 Ma’anshan South Road, Baohe District, Hefei City, with a registered capital of 5 million yuan. On March 5, 2026, the company held the 16th meeting of the 4th Board of Directors, during which it approved the proposal to establish Anhui Wholly-Owned Subsidiary through external investment. According to the “Articles of Association” and relevant regulations of the “External Investment System,” this does not require approval from the shareholders’ meeting.
