According to Lebanese media reports on the 7th, Israel carried out a parachute operation in eastern Lebanon early that morning, and Hezbollah claimed to have repelled it. The conflict resulted in 26 Lebanese casualties. The report said that early in the morning, four Israeli military helicopters conducted a parachute operation in the Nabihit area of the Beqaa Valley in eastern Lebanon.
