Resolv forms a market-neutral investment portfolio by combining spot holdings of ETH and BTC with inverse (short) perpetual contract positions. When asset prices fluctuate, the profits from the perpetual contracts offset the losses from the spot holdings, maintaining the net asset value of the pool stable. Some assets are staked on-chain, while others are managed by custodians as futures margin, ensuring performance capability and risk resistance.

Dual Token Economic Mechanism and Profit Distribution
The Resolv protocol has a built-in dual-token structure: USR serves as a stable medium of exchange and collateral token, while RLP acts as an insurance token providing liquidity for taking on additional risks. RLP holders bear the risks and thus enjoy a higher yield proportion. The protocol distributes daily earnings to stUSR users who stake and RLP holders; if there are net losses, they are borne by RLP. Additionally, the protocol has a governance token RESOLV, with a total supply of 1 billion coins, used for future protocol governance, incentives, and ecosystem expansion.
