After the screen switches to [Spot], select [Withdraw]. If the cryptocurrency withdrawal option appears, select [Fiat Withdrawal] instead.
Select your withdrawal channel through GMO Aozora Net Bank / Customer Account or Sumishin SBI Net Bank / Customer Account, and click [Next].
Note: You can use any domestic financial institution in Japan, even if your transfer account is not with GMO Bank or SBI Bank.
To register a bank account, click [Add New Bank Account >]. If your bank account is already registered, continue to the next step.
Your withdrawal will be processed under the Katakana name you provided during account verification. If the Katakana name and your bank account holder name do not match, the withdrawal cannot be completed. If you need to correct the registered Katakana name, request a change. For questions, contact Customer Support.
Please enter your bank account holder name in full-width Katakana characters. You can enter it only once.
When you add a new bank account, the saved Katakana name will be automatically filled and cannot be changed. For assistance, contact Customer Support.
If your bank account is not listed, select "Other" and register your bank account information.

JPY withdrawals are subject to limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 JPY, and the maximum is 10,000,000 JPY. These limits apply to both individual and corporate accounts.
