Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What should I do if the swap fails or takes a long time to arrive?
A: First, check the order status on the History page. If the order shows as failed, assets will be automatically refunded. If it's processing for a long time, it may be due to network congestion. Please be patient or contact customer support for assistance.
Q2: What is slippage? How do I set a reasonable slippage?
A: Slippage refers to the difference between the expected price and the actual execution price. When the market is volatile, it's recommended to set a higher slippage (such as 1%-3%) to increase the likelihood of successful transactions. When the market is stable, you can set a lower slippage for a better price.
Q3: Which tokens and networks are supported for swaps on Gate Web3?
A: Gate Web3 supports swaps for mainstream public blockchains and their tokens. The specific supported tokens and networks are continuously updated—please refer to the actual page display for the latest information.
