What Is CandyDrop?
CandyDrop is Gate's official airdrop platform, allowing users to complete simple tasks to earn candies. Candies represent a user’s participation rights in an event. At the end of the event, the token prize pool is distributed proportionally based on each user’s number of candies.
The newly launched CandyDrop Public Airdrop 6.0 focuses on contract trading. By completing designated trading tasks, users can compete for a share of the 6 BTC major airdrop prize pool.
Event Period and Requirements
Event Period: July 31, 2025, 19:00 to August 15, 2025, 19:00 (UTC+8)
Eligibility: Complete identity verification and click the “Join” button on the event page. You will then be eligible to participate by completing the specified contract trading tasks.
How to Earn Candies and Share in BTC?
This event includes two trading tasks: Increased trading volume results in more candies accumulated and a larger share of the BTC reward pool.
First Trade Task (2 BTC Prize Pool)
Complete your first contract trade (any trading pair, including both opening and closing positions) with a total volume of at least 10,000 USDT to receive 1 candy.
Each user can earn up to 0.004 BTC from this task.
Total Volume Challenge (4 BTC Prize Pool)
During the event, achieve a total contract trading volume of 50,000 USDT to receive an additional candy.
Each user can earn up to an additional 0.006 BTC from this task.
Reward Distribution Method
Your final BTC reward will be calculated as follows:
- (Number of your candies / Total candies from all participants) × the corresponding prize pool amount.

Important Notes
Only users who have completed identity verification and clicked “Join” are eligible to receive rewards.
Gate will distribute rewards to user accounts within 14 business days after the event concludes.
Sub-accounts, corporate accounts, agent accounts, and similar entities are not eligible to participate.
All forms of cheating (such as wash trading, self-trading, or batch registration) are strictly prohibited.
Multiple accounts under the same verified identity will be treated as a single account.
