An Iranian official: Will use a new generation of missiles to strike targets in Israel and the U.S.

Odaily Planet Daily News: An official from Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps stated on the 6th that they will use a new generation of missiles to strike targets in the United States and Israel. Iran’s Fars News Agency quoted the official as saying that Iran has been assembling and producing missiles, while simultaneously advancing the manufacturing of various missile systems. “It is expected that in the coming days, advanced, rarely used long-range missiles will be employed for new types of attacks.” The official mentioned that Iran previously predicted the war would last for some time, and in recent days, mainly used missile models that are over a decade old, “and has not yet used the new generation of missiles.” The official did not disclose further details. Additionally, multiple Iranian media outlets reported on the 6th that Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps spokesperson Naeini said Iran is equipping new weapons but has not yet used them on a large scale, “enemies should expect heavy strikes in each wave of attacks.” (Xinhua)
