Gold rises to $5,157.98 per ounce, silver rises to $88.52 per ounce

Gate News: On March 10, gold prices rose to $5,157.98 per ounce, up 0.41% intraday; silver prices increased to $88.521 per ounce, up 1.76% intraday.

BVIX (Bitcoin Volatility Index) was 56.36, down 7.61% intraday; EVIX (Ethereum Volatility Index) was 74.83, down 3.81% intraday.

In the foreign exchange market, the USD/CNH (US dollar to offshore Chinese yuan) rose 0.05% to 6.89366; USD/JPY (US dollar to Japanese yen) increased 0.04% to 157.725.

Regarding global stock indices, the EURO STOXX 50 (EUSTX50, a major European stock market benchmark) rose 1.10% to 5,785.44 points; the UK FTSE 100 (UK100) declined 0.20% to 10,309.61 points; the Germany DAX 40 (GER40) fell 0.33% to 23,714.32 points.

In commodities, WTI crude oil (US crude oil futures) increased 1.80% to $86.14 per barrel; Brent crude oil (international crude oil futures) rose 1.54% to $89.87 per barrel.
