Hangzhou Xiaoshan issues development policies supporting OpenClaw, offering free deployment and token consumption subsidies

Gate News reports that on March 10, Xiaoshan District in Hangzhou City issued the “Several Measures (Draft for Comments) to Support the Development of OpenClaw & OPC-STC in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City.” The policy encourages market-oriented and professional innovation platforms to establish “OpenClaw-type Intelligent Agent Service Areas,” deploy OpenClaw-type intelligent agents for free, and provide one-stop services such as technical guidance and market promotion. Eligible innovative platforms will receive subsidies. Additionally, for qualified OPC-STC enterprises, 30% of the actual costs paid for model invocation when using OpenClaw-type intelligent agents to access domestic multimodal large models for AIGC creation and production will be subsidized, with a maximum annual subsidy of 100,000 yuan per company.
