Qatar Energy CEO: Iran Attack Results in Annual Loss of 12.8 Million Tons of LNG, Accounting for 17% of Export Volume

Gate News reports that on March 19, Qatar Energy CEO Saad Al-Kaabi said that due to attacks by Iran, Qatar will lose 12.8 million tons of LNG (liquefied natural gas) annually over the next three to five years, accounting for about 17% of Qatar’s LNG exports. Saad Al-Kaabi stated, “No matter how I think about it, I can’t imagine Qatar and the entire region suffering such severe attacks, especially during Ramadan, when a brotherly Muslim country attacks us in this way.”
