Golden Finance reports that Belarusian President Lukashenko has signed a decree prohibiting the country's citizens from using foreign cryptocurrency exchanges and brokers, allowing digital asset trading only on domestic platforms. The measure mainly targets residents of high-tech parks (HTP) and aims to strengthen consumer protection and prevent cryptocurrencies from being used for illegal activities.
