Solana (SOL) Layout Strategy
SOL has performed mediocrely recently, as mainstream excitement has drawn funds back to the mainstream, while altcoin markets are bleak, and BSC has siphoned off a lot of traffic. However, smart money is slowly entering, quietly positioning itself alongside the smart money.
Current Dilemmas and Opportunities:
Short-term weakness: BSC ecosystem siphoning off users, on-chain active addresses decreased by 5% week-on-week, weighted financing rate turned negative (-0.0027%) extremely pessimistic.
Catalysts for rebound: Expectations for Firedancer upgrade (deployment in early 2025), progress on Solana ETF applications, or resurgence of Meme coin speculation.
Specific operation:
Current price is $150, buy in batches in the 148-143 range, stop loss at 138.8.
After taking profit at $178, observe whether it can break through the resistance zone of $190-200. If successful, it may start a strong bullish cycle (needs to be accompanied by increased trading volume).
How to make big money during this ascent is something everyone needs to think about. If you engage in short-term trading, it will be meaningless as the money earned in a short period can be completely lost due to the next reverse market move. During this time, you must hold onto medium to long-term positions. In May, I took a short position above 110,000, with a stop-loss at 128,000 and a take-profit target below 80,000.
