Spend 10 minutes every day reviewing - not to research the next opportunity, but to see if you have acted emotionally. When your mindset is stable, your rhythm won't be disrupted.

There is no password for "getting rich overnight" in the crypto world, but there are rules for "living a long life." The more eager you are to double your investment, the easier it is to be led by the market; instead, if you calm down and manage your investments slowly, like tending to crops, your returns will quietly grow.
