[Chain News] PANews, September 8 - According to data from the data platform, as of September 8, 2025, Eastern Time, the total net purchases of Bitcoin by publicly listed companies worldwide (excluding mining companies) last week amounted to $260 million. Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) invested $217.4 million last week, increasing its holdings by 1,955 Bitcoins at a price of $111,196, bringing its total holdings to 638,460 coins. The Japanese listed company Metaplanet invested $15.2 million last week, increasing its holdings by 136 Bitcoins at a price of $111,666, bringing its total holdings to 20,136 coins.
In addition, 4 other companies added Bitcoin purchases last week. Japanese beauty service company Convano invested $17.1 million to
