Ms. Yang Fang legally obtained the shares of the listed company directly held by Mr. Wang Linpeng through the division of marital property and inheritance, as well as the shares of the listed company indirectly controlled through Juran Holdings and Huixin Da Building Materials, resulting in changes in the equity of the listed company directly and indirectly owned by the acquirer. Before this acquisition, the acquirer did not directly hold shares in the listed company. After the completion of this acquisition, Ms. Yang Fang collectively controls 2,735,620,872 shares of the listed company, accounting for 43.93% of the total share capital of the listed company, and the actual controller of the listed company has changed from Mr. Wang Linpeng to Ms. Yang Fang.
