As we all know, contract players cannot avoid the daily routine of getting liquidated, especially early newbie players. I have also been liquidated before. I remember once I was left with just over 100 U, and I turned that 100 U into 100,000 U!
I know you might not believe it, but I really turned 100U into 100,000U over three months. It’s not some advanced technique, just the result of an ordinary person grinding it out with the most straightforward method. Step one: Start with 100U and first build up your courage.
At the beginning, I thought: even if I lose 100U, it won't affect my life. So I was able to let go.
1. Only play with one coin: just choose Bitcoin (BTC). It has a large market cap, is not easily manipulated, and you can feel secure.
2. Don't be greedy with leverage: Use 20x leverage. 100x is too intense, I'm afraid my mindset will collapse. 20x can amplify returns while keeping risks relatively controllable.
3. Don't take too heavy a position: use only half of the principal for each position, which is 50U. Keep the remaining 50U as a backup to prevent being unexpectedly liquidated.
4. Set Fixed Rules: Run after making 10% profit, never get attached to the battle; cut losses after losing 5%, never hold the position. Make a maximum of 2 trades per day, regardless of winning or losing, stop trading.
After doing this for half a month, 100U turned into 300U. Although it's slow, it's steady. Step two: roll over the position and increase the investment to let the snowball grow bigger.
With a capital of 300U, I started to adjust my strategy, but the core discipline remains unchanged.
1. Still half-position operation: When at 300U, open a position with 150U each time.
2. Increase position when profitable: For example, if 150U earns 10%, it becomes 165U, and the total capital becomes 315U. Next time you open a position, use half of 315U, which is 157.5U.
3. Start Over if Wrong: Once a trade has hit the stop loss, immediately reduce the position back to the initial 50U, and wait for a few consecutive wins before gradually increasing it.
This stage tests patience the most. I spent two months, rolling my 300U up to 10000U with one small win after another.
Step 3: Catch the big market trend and achieve a qualitative leap.
By the third month, the market experienced a nice upward trend.
1. Increase Position: Because I have accumulated enough profit and confidence previously, I have raised the single opening position ratio to 70%.
2. Dare to hold positions: In the past, I would run away after making 10%, but this time I see a good trend and have raised the take profit level to 30%.
3. Strict Stop Loss: At the same time, I set the stop loss level tighter to ensure that once I make a wrong judgment, it won't cause significant damage.
Just with this wave of market, I directly surged from 10,000U to 100,000U. The last thing I want to say.
In the past three months, I haven't relied on any insider information, just these few simple rules:
1. Control Risk: Never invest all your money.
2. Overcome Greed: Take profit when you see it, and don't always think about selling at the highest point.
3. Accept losses: Acknowledge when you are wrong, don't stubbornly hold on, preserving your principal is the most important. The crypto world is not short of opportunities, but it lacks those who can control themselves and survive to wait for opportunities. Remember, slowly becoming rich is the fastest way.
