On behalf of the GDOG community, one of the earliest and most dedicated groups within the GateLayer ecosystem,
we would like to reaffirm our unwavering support for Gate’s leadership and its long-term vision —
especially the principle of “All in Web3.”

Since the very beginning, we have stood firmly with Gate’s mission to empower users, builders, and innovation across the Web3 landscape.
We have voluntarily promoted and contributed to GateLayer’s growth, not for profit, but for belief —
belief in the strength of Gate’s ecosystem and the idea that community and technology can thrive together.

However, many loyal supporters now feel uncertain due to limited communication and unclear development direction.
This letter is not written in frustration, but with sincere hope to strengthen cooperation between the community and the team.

1️⃣ Current Observations

Bridge Opening Delay – The lack of cross-chain access limits liquidity and user confidence.

Unclear Communication Channels – Builders and community members have difficulty reaching the core team.

Insufficient Ecosystem Momentum – Marketing efforts continue, yet practical collaboration remains limited.

Community Morale – Faith remains, but clarity is needed to sustain it.

2️⃣ Our Suggestions

We are not seeking intervention, only collaboration and openness.
The GDOG community respectfully proposes:

Sharing a clear roadmap or ecosystem progress outline;

Appointing a community liaison to enhance transparency and dialogue;

Encouraging joint promotional efforts between Gate and community projects;

Hosting open discussions or AMAs to strengthen mutual understanding.

3️⃣ Our Position

The GDOG community remains steadfast in following Gate’s overarching direction —
we firmly align with Gate’s “All in Web3” strategy and will continue to act as a bridge between builders and believers.
Our goal has always been to protect, promote, and participate in GateLayer’s success.

We are not against Gate — we are with Gate.
We simply hope to be heard, trusted, and allowed to contribute more deeply to this shared vision.
