I spent an entire afternoon planning an activity to boost engagement and attract new active users on Discord. From planning to writing the proposal to setting up the bot, I got everything done. I truly thought it was a pretty perfect plan. I sent the proposal to the work group for reporting. In less than 1 min, the boss saw the first sentence about the budget and immediately rejected it, saying he didn't consider that budget and closed the document right away.

I instantly exploded with anger. In my previous personality, I would have stormed into the office immediately: "Did you even look at it? What's the reason it’s not okay?"
Now: "Okay, boss, I’ll revise it!"
So cowardly!!!!!!
