PANews, November 4, reported that Ripple announced the acquisition of the digital asset Wallet and custody company Palisade to expand its enterprise-level encryption custody service capabilities, with the transaction amount undisclosed. This acquisition is part of its strategic investment of over $4 billion by 2025, having previously acquired Hidden Road ($1.25 billion), Rail ($200 million), and GTreasury ($1 billion). The acquisition of Palisade will help Ripple provide a complete asset management solution ranging from long-term storage to high-frequency trading for encryption-native institutions, fintech companies, and enterprise clients. Palisade features MPC, a zero-trust architecture, and multi-chain support, which will be directly integrated into Ripple's payment system, enhancing cross-border payments and fund scheduling efficiency.
