The bear market is here.

Not long ago, there were a bunch of KOLs teaching everyone how to become KOLs,
Now they’re starting to post job hunting posts one after another.
People outside the wall want to become KOLs, while people inside the wall want to come out and be the horse—it's really a surreal reality.

I’ve been working in the industry for seven or eight years,
And I’ve tried being a KOL, but it really doesn’t work:
Not good at talking, no topics, can't write viral articles, unwilling to buy followers...
In the end, I just went back to being a regular worker.

But I realized:
I still really enjoy building projects.
From 0 to 1, whether successful or not,
It’s experience, a story, and a team’s sense of pride.
Lately, I’ve seen many people sharing their job search experiences,
But my standard for hiring is actually very simple—
Is there a spark of insight.
To put it plainly, it’s proactive learning ability + innate understanding.
If these two points are in place, everything else is just icing on the cake.
