The underlying asset is de-neutralized, but organizational management does not have the concept of de-neutralization. The community governance is called a DAO organization, and a DAO organization is not without organization. The Luffy community has a strict organizational structure, clear division of labor and cooperation, and完善的治理规则. Therefore, everyone needs to understand that the community comes first, and the underlying asset comes second. Currently, the community structure is: Supervisory Committee (decision-making body and core members) → Alliance Leader → Fortress Leader → Alliance Members. People outside of this are called outsiders, meaning outsiders, and of course outsiders cannot speak about internal matters!
