Recently, applying for a Hong Kong card, I found that more and more people are being rejected by Bank of China Hong Kong.
It used to be okay, but now the review process has clearly tightened. Whether online or offline, as long as the fund purpose or background is slightly sensitive, it’s very easy for the system to block it directly, and the reason is usually a comprehensive assessment failure.
To put it simply, it’s not about incomplete documentation, but about the increased risk control standards. If Bank of China doesn’t work out, don’t stubbornly insist; switching banks and changing your approach can save you more time.
