Recently went back to my hometown for the New Year. When I was a child, every year before the Spring Festival, the town streets would be bustling with people, fireworks soaring into the sky, couplets and blessings painted in red across the alleys, and the aroma of snacks tempting passersby.

The shouts, laughter, and bargaining created a lively atmosphere. This place is not just a New Year goods market but also a vessel for reunion and hometown feelings, hiding the most simple traditional customs and life aspirations of the Chinese people.
Fireworks in the human world, the strongest New Year atmosphere. Every stroll and purchase is filled with hopes for reunion and wishes for health and safety year after year.
