What determines a person's destiny is not personality or effort, but mental maturity! True maturity is never about age; it’s about awakening the mind. From being self-centered and impulsive to being clear and composed, everyone must go through these eight stages. Endure them, and you will be reborn.
1. Reaction Stage: Living in self-delusion, unable to hear criticism, instinctively arguing when faced with problems, mistaking stubbornness for personality;
2. Helplessness Stage: Only after hitting a wall do you realize no one will always accommodate you. When you’re in a low point and nothing responds, it’s a wake-up call from the universe;
3. Reflection Stage: Finally learning to look inward, first identifying your own issues, letting go of false pride—this is the beginning of awakening;
4. Protection Stage: Holding onto your beliefs, resisting manipulation from others, avoiding internal conflict—your life is your own to control;
5. Iteration Stage: Daring to think bigger and act bolder, adjusting direction through trial and error, improving daily, turning knowledge into real ability;
6. Value Stage: Becoming your own anchor, possessing irreplaceable value—no need to chase opportunities; they will come to you proactively;
7. Acceptance Stage: Inner abundance means no need for validation, being open to different voices, maintaining an open mind—only then can you continue to grow;
8. Fulfillment Stage: Having experienced countless challenges, returning to innocence, understanding the world without becoming worldly, knowing warmth and coldness without indifference, gentle yet powerful.
In essence, mental maturity is about transforming from dependence on others to standing independently, ultimately learning to reconcile with yourself.
