The share of the US dollar is decreasing
In global foreign exchange reserves, the share of the dollar has fallen to 56.9%, the lowest in the past 32 years.
Previously, this indicator reached 72%, but since then, a steady decline has been observed. Central banks of various countries are reducing their dollar holdings in reserves due to the growth of US public debt, increasing budget deficits, and declining confidence in the long-term stability of the American currency.
