🇮🇳India urges its citizens in Iran to leave immediately.
The Indian Embassy in Tehran just put out an emergency alert, telling all Indian citizens and people of Indian descent in Iran to get out of the country ASAP (even on commercial flights) because of rising geopolitical tensions and worries about conflict in the area.
This applies to students, tourists, business travelers — everyone. The embassy has also advised: • Avoid protests or demonstrations • Stay in contact with Indian officials • Keep passports and documents ready • Emergency helpline numbers have been shared for support.
Tensions are escalating between the U.S. and Iran.
