People must have unification value.

What is unification value? It is the cost others need to pay when they offend you.
Expressed with a mathematical formula:
Unification value (negative) = The threat you pose to others when you oppose them (negative) + The cost of pulling you in (positive)
If there is no unification value, then all bad things are your own fault, and all good things belong to others.
A person's unification value comes from three aspects:
1. Interpersonal relationships. The background inherited from birth or the benefactors encountered in work and life.
2. Leverage. Every dark corner may hide illegal activities, which can be concealed from outsiders but are hard to hide from insiders.
3. Irreplaceability. Although everyone is a screw in the machine, some screws are different from others, and replacing such screws can be very costly.
Only when a person has unification value can they gain respect in the game of power.
To enhance your unification value, the above points should be addressed comprehensively.
First, be good at seizing opportunities and identify benefactors who can change your destiny.
Second, try to maintain good relationships with everyone, including large and small groups.
Third, keep an eye on others' leverage; it’s best to take photos or record audio for documentation. While harboring malicious intent is wrong, being cautious of others is necessary.
Fourth, seize every moment to learn foundational knowledge, improve yourself, and develop your core competitiveness to become irreplaceable.
