(The Financial View, February 26, 2026) The Adecco Group announces Q4 and full-year 2025 results. In Q4 2025, the group’s revenue increased by 3.9% year-over-year, marking the strongest quarter of the year. By global business unit (GBU), Adecco revenue grew by 4.9% YoY; Americas increased by 21%, Asia-Pacific by 7%; Akkodis declined by 1%; LHH grew by 2%. Operating revenue was €186 million, up 34% YoY; net income was €88 million, up 31%. EBITA margin (excluding one-time items) was 3.8%, a 60 basis point increase year-over-year.
For the full year 2025, revenue grew by 1.3% YoY. By business unit, Adecco increased by 2.5%; Akkodis decreased by 4%. LHH remained flat. Operating revenue was €572 million, up 8%; net income was €295 million, up 2%. EBITA margin (excluding one-time items) was 3.0%, in line with management’s guidance. Operating cash flow increased by €613 million; free cash flow increased by €483 million.
