I'm really overwhelmed. My real job keeps me extremely busy, and I feel powerless about many other things. The crypto market has no movement, and my income is zero.

On one hand, I don't want to go to work; on the other hand, there's no progress. I really can't sleep. I don't even know what I can do anymore. I'm truly experiencing some insomnia.
