Live well for the next five years

Remember this firmly:
1. When buying a house, avoid large units.
2. Don’t change jobs easily; switching jobs will set you back three years.
3. At work, don’t be the one who stands out.
4. Turn off your step counter if possible.
5. Don’t mess around with relationships; infidelity has historically led to death.
6. Don’t spend money recklessly; if you can wear it, don’t buy new clothes.
7. I’d rather work for a state-owned enterprise earning 8,000 than a private company earning 10,000.
8. Nowadays, even having a little savings—whether three, five, or ten thousand—is enough to consider yourself truly aware.
9. If you have a job, keep it; don’t quit easily, as jobs are hard to find.
10. No money, no second child.
11. Arrive at work 5 minutes early, leave 5 minutes late, and you’ll improve steadily.
12. Every month, when you get paid, forcibly save 50%.
