“I almost di¥ēd after the accî¥dent. Nobody thought I was going to survive, and I was bedridden for three months,” ~~Saheed Balogun.

Years later, I made what I consider the worst business decision of my life. I invested ₦25 million in a movie, but the movie was pîrated and I only made ₦800,000 back.
For the first time in my life, even though I was already a celebrity, I became penniless and homeless.
My mother then asked me to come back to Nigeria and visit her at Lagos Island. When I got there, she showed me some of the pîrated copies of the movie and said to me:
“Do you remember when you had that accîdent and you were almost lifeless? Nobody believed you would survive, but I stayed with you and took care of you until you got better. If you could survive that, you will survive this too.”
Her words gave me the strength to move on. To every Man seeing this tweet, I hope it gives you the strength to move on. 🫵💪
