From a technical perspective, it's being suppressed by short-term moving averages, with weak bullish intent.

Bitcoin is facing resistance around 71500-72400, likely to test the 70500-69400 zone subsequently;

Ethereum is facing resistance around 2220-2245, likely to test the 2170-2130 zone subsequently.
