Wu Shuo learned that WLFI announced the launch of an open-source self-custodial AgentPay SDK, supporting AI agents to hold, transfer, and use USD1 for transactions on EVM chains, and positioning USD1 as the economic operation layer for autonomous AI systems. The SDK integrates self-custodial key management, policy-based transaction authorization, local signing, and plugin mechanisms. It can connect with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, running locally without transmitting data to WLFI, and supports both automated execution based on policies and manual approval. Currently supporting Ethereum and BSC with USD1 pre-configured, it offers over 40 CLI functions and Bitrefill integration. The roadmap includes advancing EIP-3009 gasless transactions, proposing agent payment standards, expanding the plugin ecosystem, and enabling cross-chain and cross-border payments.
