Wu said that WLFI announced the launch of an open-source self-hosted AgentPay SDK, supporting AI agents to hold, transfer, and use USD1 for transactions on EVM chains, positioning USD1 as the economic operation layer for autonomous AI systems. The SDK integrates self-hosted key management, strategic trading authorization, local signing, and plugin mechanisms. It can connect to tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and run locally without transmitting data to WLFI. It supports policy-based automation and manual approval. Currently, it supports Ethereum and BSC with USD1 pre-installed, offering over 40 CLI features and Bitrefill integration. The roadmap includes advancing EIP-3009 gasless transactions, proposing agent payment standards, expanding the plugin ecosystem, and enabling cross-chain and cross-border payments.
