Stablecoin Liquidity Is Fragmenting

As Bitcoin loses clear direction, liquidity is splitting:
• Tether inflows → steady (capital still entering, but cautious)
• USD Coin outflows → persistent (likely institutional rotation)
This divergence = fragmented liquidity, not a full risk-on market.
What it means:
• Lower conviction
• Weaker follow-through
• More choppy, reactive price action
Current structure = transition phase, not trend.
If BTC pulls back while USDT holds and USDC stabilizes → capital is rotating, not exiting.
Until flows align again → expect volatility, not direction.
