According to The Information, cryptocurrency hardware wallet manufacturer Ledger has hired former Circle executive John Andrews as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in preparation for a potential Initial Public Offering (IPO). Andrews previously oversaw Circle's capital markets and investor relations and was involved in its IPO efforts. Ledger is simultaneously establishing an office in New York to expand its U.S. business and has been in talks with multiple investment banks, with IPO valuations potentially exceeding $4 billion. Andrews stated that under current market volatility, the company's IPO timeline may be delayed.
