Online DTC Network Solution Provider Feishu Innovation (New Listing No.: 03355) and Platform IC Design Company Guomin Technology (New Listing No.: 02701) Announce Allotment Results.

Feishu Innovation: Public offering subscribed by 196,800 people, oversubscribed by 1,578.71 times, with a 1% allotment rate; international offering subscribed by 140 allottees, oversubscribed by 9.92 times.
Guomin Technology: Public offering subscribed by 56,500 people, oversubscribed by 130.83 times, with a 30% allotment rate; international offering subscribed by 59 allottees, oversubscribed by 1.51 times.

Both new stocks will debut next Monday, with trading starting today in the dark pool. Based on three major trading platforms, Feishu Innovation and Guomin Technology dark pool trading performed well, rising over 40% and 7.8%, respectively.

Feishu Innovation plans to issue 40 million shares, raising approximately 1.66 billion yuan at the latest price. The original share price range is between 35.2 yuan and 41.6 yuan.

According to reports, the company’s public offering was subscribed by 197,000 people, with an oversubscription of 1,582 times, involving 266 billion yuan.
