This gap is critical because independent contractors, who make up 45% of the U.S. workforce, rely on timely payments. Roa's company is developing software designed to integrate payment, banking, and invoicing functions, and leverage stablecoins like Circle as well as traditional payment channels like PayPal to accelerate business transactions.
