Four people injured in a drone attack in Pakistan; Pakistani President strongly condemns: “Crossed the red line.”

According to reports from Pakistan’s Dawn, Singapore’s Straits Times, and other media outlets, Pakistan’s Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated on the 14th that multiple drones were launched from Afghanistan into Pakistan on the 13th, injuring four people including two children. The drones failed to hit their intended targets. Pakistani President Arif Alvi strongly condemned the drone attack on Pakistani civilian areas on the same day, warning that this act has “crossed the red line.”

In a statement, Alvi said that the attempt to attack civilians “has crossed the red line and will lead to serious consequences.” He added, “The Pakistan Armed Forces and security agencies will continue to defend national security and protect the people.”

A Pakistani military source said on the 13th that Pakistani forces carried out airstrikes in multiple locations inside Afghanistan from the night of the 12th to the early hours of the 13th. The source also stated that the Pakistani military will continue military operations against Afghanistan until all established objectives are achieved.

Afghan government spokesperson Mujahid said on the 13th that Afghanistan was again subjected to Pakistani airstrikes in multiple regions, strongly condemning the attacks. Recently, conflicts have persisted along the border areas between Afghanistan and Pakistan, with both sides accusing each other of initiating fire.
