I successfully quit smoking during this period and would like to sincerely recommend varenicline tartrate.

I used to smoke quite a lot before, basically 1 to 2 packs per day. I started taking the medication on March 1st, and at first I didn't force myself to quit immediately—I kept smoking normally, smoking whenever I felt like it.

Here's roughly how the timeline went:

3.1 Started taking the medication
Smoked normally, didn't quit at all, smoked whenever I wanted
3.9 Started quitting smoking
By that time, the cravings weren't as strong anymore
Without smoking regularly, I basically didn't feel anything, only wanting to smoke in certain specific situations
Around 3.20
Even the cravings in those specific situations gradually disappeared
When I did smoke again, it felt like burning paper

For me personally, the biggest takeaway from this time was:
Painless smoking cessation
And I personally didn't experience any obvious adverse reactions
Of course, this medication commonly does cause some reactions in people, such as nausea, headaches, sleep changes, increased dreaming, etc.
Compared to the harms of smoking itself, these adverse reactions are completely acceptable
Overall, the medication cost isn't high either—under $100
After that, I'll finish the planned course of medication to consolidate the results
I've also been injecting tirzepatide for almost a month now, and I plan to observe it for a bit longer before sharing thoughts on it separately with everyone
Looking forward to seeing if tirzepatide + exercise + clean eating will also work well~
