Beyond airdrops, NFTs, Futures and all forms of trading, there's more to Crypto/Web3

#GateSquareAprilPostingChallenge

There are many Web2 jobs in Web3
• Customer Support
• Business Developer
• Software Engineer
• Web Developer
• Listing Agent
• Brand Ambassador
• Regional Ambassador
• Leads Generator

The list goes on
With your experience in Web3, some research and skill acquisition (referral, sometimes), you can bag one of these jobs and get paid handsomely

There's one downside though...

This downside is the fact that I've never seen (not that they don't exist, but I've never seen) a Web3 protocol give a job/deal/gig to an entry level candidate with only Web3 experience and no prior experience in the specified role

Which means, if you do not have someone who trusts your intelligence enough to recommend you for the role, your chances of bagging the role as an entry level candidate are very slim

Sad 💔

#CryptoMarketSeesVolatility
Several times I have thought about trading crypto because I often see it—and I even get trapped in a project to scam someone. Based on my own research, crypto seems to be created to deceive, and the fundamentals are very unclear whether it is truly working or not. This is not a matter of trading itself, but rather the background that makes me doubt continuing to go too far. While using the Gate platform, I only made a deposit the first time I used it, and even then I withdrew it back to my bank account.
After that, I only made withdrawals from my Gate account, because that is what I often do.
From the way I think, I am confused about whether I should leave the crypto world, because I think everything is only meant to harm other people, even though we still get a win.
