Evening Thoughts
Bitcoin experienced a significant pullback previously and has now gathered momentum for another rally. Selling pressure has also decreased relatively, however the previous high of 74000 remains a considerable resistance level, and breaking through it won't be that easy! Short positions can be placed around 74500-74000.
Bitcoin's current bullish trend remains very strong, so if going short, we need to wait for this upward trend to consolidate first!
Looking at the current price action, it exhibits a "bullish pennant" breakout pattern, and the resistance above is very significant with strong suppression.
Therefore, I recommend setting the short position range around 74500-73500! This is the current analysis result based on the existing trend. Market conditions can change at any time, and I will continue to track my layout strategy accordingly!
