The current market weak rebound lacks momentum, with the entire rebound constrained by moving average pressure, volume continuously shrinking, and the rebound lacking dynamic support.
From an indicator perspective, although KDJ shows minor recovery, it continues to run below the 50 midline, failing to form an effective inflection and reversal signal, merely representing oversold weak recovery. Price has refreshed the stage low at 70456, with the rebound failing to recover the midpoint of the previous large bearish candle, market selling pressure remains heavy, and the probability of continued decline in the short term is higher.
