Major CEX Updates Fiat Market Maker Program, Adds KZT Market on May 4 with -0.005% and -0.010% Maker Fees

According to reports, a major centralized exchange updated its fiat trading market maker program on May 4, adding KZT market tier. Tier 1 market makers must maintain a 0.5% maker order volume ratio and receive a -0.005% maker fee rebate; Tier 2 requires 1.0% volume ratio with -0.010% fee rebate. The new program took effect on May 4 at 16:00 (UTC+8). Market maker accounts are reviewed weekly based on trading performance, with maker fee rebates distributed starting May 12 at 08:00 (UTC+8) based on the previous week’s activity.
