Is Dogecoin about to launch a payment app? Such App will be released in the first half of next year, with built-in merchant tools.
【CryptoWorld】The team behind the Dogecoin Foundation is up to something. They are developing an app called “Such,” aiming to transform DOGE from a purely trading currency into a tool that can be genuinely used for business.
This project is a collaboration between House of Doge (the corporate arm of the Dogecoin Foundation) and Nasdaq-listed company Brag House Holdings. The partnership between the two organizations is quite hardcore.
Such is expected to launch in the first half of 2026, targeting a consumer-grade product. In simple terms, its features include three main components: a self-custody wallet, real-time market updates, and a merchant toolkit called “Hustles.” In other words, individuals can manage their assets independently, and merchants can accept DOGE for payments and operations.
“Our goal is to enable anyone to open a store and do business with Dogecoin,” said Timothy Stebbing, CTO of House of Doge. CEO Marco Margiotta was more straightforward: he wants to significantly increase the number of DOGE users and real-world applications.
In terms of progress, after the project started in March 2025, a 20-person development team in Melbourne, Australia, has been working on it. Before launch, they plan to conduct closed testing to identify issues in various scenarios.
This is not just an app release; it’s more like a concrete move by Dogecoin to compete in the daily payment market. Let’s wait and see.
